Bend Weddings and Events is a full-service wedding planning company based in Bend, Oregon dedicated to helping busy professionals create an event that is uniquely theirs. Our commitment to you is to provide exceptional service throughout the entire planning process, from our first chat all the way to the last piece of confetti falling!
Our Process
Once we begin working together we find out where you are in the planning process. After this we come up with a plan of action in the following order:
- Selection of Vendors and Creation of Design
- Creation of Timeline
- Walk-Through of Venue
- Final Meeting with Vendors
- Rehearsal
- Wedding Day!

Naomi Russell ~ Wedding Planner and Owner
I’m the owner of Bend Weddings and Events and I love executing amazing weddings. I took over the business in 2020 but it has been established since 2013. I started in the wedding industry in 2016 as a natural-born leader it’s a perfect fit for my leadership qualities, organizational skills, and my love for people.
It brings me an immense amount of joy to be a part of each couple's special day. I loved my wedding and want the same for you! It is my goal to help bring the different personalities and styles of each couple out at each wedding and to make sure the day is absolutely perfect!
When I’m not working what do I do? I’m spending time with my amazing husband and three kids. I grew up in Central Oregon and have a love for everything outdoors especially horseback. As incredible as the PNW is if I have the time and money you will find me traveling this incredible world. Coffee is my drink of choice!

Krista Jacques ~ Lead Coordinator
I have always loved people, planning, and parties, a wedding being the most epic of celebrations! I was always the girl creating tea parties for Barbie, ensuring friend birthdays were celebrated, and community events were going on in my college dorms. I worked in several different areas of event planning after college and in the decade to follow. After planning my wedding, and then my sister’s, I jumped in to coordinate a cousin’s wedding, and my passion for wedding planning was solidified.
I enjoy working to find the right vendors and styles for each couple’s dream day. My favorite part is coordinating the wedding day so that the bride & groom and their loved ones can be fully present. I love taking care of all the details behind the scenes, so your wedding day can be magic!
When I’m not taking part in someone’s special day, I can be found planning adventures for my family. I enjoy hiking Central Oregon trails at a toddler pace (I have 4 kids), having good coffee and conversation with a friend, and going on dates with my hubby of 14 years.

Hello! I am a California girl lucky enough to be living out my best life in Central Oregon!
I find enjoyment in creating celebrations that reflect each client by weaving beauty, thoughtful details, and fun! I have an eye for detail and pride myself in making events picture-perfect. Before receiving the opportunity to work with Bend Wedding & Events, I created, designed, and hosted events for a college.
In my free time, you can find me adventuring around the PNW with my husband and our two fantastic daughters, cooking new recipes, renovating and designing our home, training a rambunctious rescue puppy, and, of course, pouring over design books, blogs, etc. of all kinds!
